Randy brings to the Cain Firm more than four decades of experience in civil litigation. His career has covered many diverse areas of law such as personal injury, insurance defense; oil and gas; mortgage collection; contracts; and mediation and arbitration.
He has been a mediator, trial lawyer, and legal department manager. He has been both in private practice and as a senior attorney and manager in corporate legal departments. Randy’s focus is on serving his clients with compassion, wisdom, and zeal.
Randy is married with grown children and grandchildren. Randy is a faithful Catholic and is involved in the Knights of Columbus and other Catholic apostolates.
